REIKI

REIKI: refers to the Universal life force that surrounds us all and permeates everything that is. This Rei ( Ray ) is the cosmic intelligent light streaming in from the Godhead into the physical world. The Ki ( Key ) is the vivifying factor within this light energy emanation and without this life force nothing would live or even exist.

Although evidently originating in ancient Tibet, this natural healing method was rediscovered over a century ago in Japan by, Dr. Mikao Usui. Eventually it made it's way to the America's, first passed down to, Dr. Chujiro Hayashi of Japan. He then passed it to Mrs. Hawayo Takata of Hawaii. Here at the Green Unicorn, Paul & Linda LeBrun are seven generations from Dr. Mikao Usui and quite proud of it.

With the help of a skilled and caring practitioner, the reconnective power of the Reiki energy will give us what we need on all levels. No matter where the problem lies, physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, through regular treatment, we become more vital and alive. This process is unique to each individual, we fell more inwardly free and so our true creative essence may emerge.

Reiki, many may feel, is a subtle non-invasive form of energy, yet very powerful in it's effectiveness. Reiki will do no harm, nor does it conflict with other forms of treatment.
